Our mobile Regional Sales Executives (RSE) and our Regional Sales Experts are required to have a working knowledge of Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Immunology, Proteomics & Genomics, Protein Expression, Purification, Analytics and Characterization, Biologic Processing and Manufacturing, Combinatorial Chemistry, Biochemistry, HTS, High Content Screening, Target Validation, RNAi, with relevant sales experience of Products and/or Services in a majority of these research disciplines.

Our Sales Executives possess thousands of customer contacts in both Industrial and Academic Institutions and have nurtured the maintained these relationships bringing value and solutions to the research their customers perform. With SCiSOURCE, they will continue to bring the leading edge technologies and services to these scientists giving them the scientific advantage they need.

We also offer you the client the opportunity to utilize Scientific Videography filmed and optimized for web-enabled broadcasting by JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments). Rep Retention

Our unique infrastructure and benefits are designed to attract and retain the greatest sales talent in the industry. Our hired Regional Sales Executives have ownership in SCiSOURCE and take a personal pride in the success of the organization and its’ clients. We value their knowledge, insights and opinions and empower each to contribute in his or her unique way. With our Flat-Rate Model, one-third of a reps retainer is put into escrow. This is held until the completion of the 4-month Contract Term by the rep. If it is not possible for a rep to complete the full 4-month term, the escrowed portion of the retainer is returned to you. This is our “insurance policy” towards your satisfaction.
