SCiSOURCE created the Shared-Resource Model used today. This model is simple to deploy, and easily to budget as it keeps the costs of building, managing and maintaining a dedicated hired and experienced North American Sales Team down to as low as 15% of the cost of building and managing your own team.
Utilizing our Shared-Outsourcing Model, the Risks & Costs of Building Sales Teams are normalized and shared amongst a non-competing Portfolio of Clients. SCiSOURCE takes on the cost & risks associated with recruitment, hiring, tooling, benefit provision, team expansion and management. This gives us greater "buying power" for acquiring and providing these sales tools to our field personnel. We strive to provide "Best-In-Class" Sales Representation by retaining the best and most connected talent in the industry..
Terms: Contracts are 6 month, 1 year or 2 years in term.
Territories: 4 to start with planned expansion up to 12.
Representation: Regional Sales Executives are fully hired and managed by SCiSOURCE.
Tooling: Sales personnel are provided with equipment and CRM reporting tools.
Contract Fee: Equivalent for each manufacturer
Maintenance Costs: Reduced as new clients are brought into portfolio
Commissions: Standard MFR Commission Rates
Expenses: Shared equally by all clients within a given portfolio thereby reducing cost for everyone
Other: All Human Resources, Payroll, and Management handled by SCiSOURCE uniquely for each state in which a representative lives and works.
Clients utilizing our Contracted Shared-Resource Model equip us to grow your Sales Organization in a very strategic and modular method. Our job is to build national and/or international teams to suit your needs and sales objectives. In North America, we launch with 4 RSE's supporting:
- San Diego (Southern CA)
- Boston/Cambridge (New England)
- NY/NJ
- NIH (MD)
Following an evaluation period, SCiSOURCE begins the Expansion Program adding 4 RSE's until the total North American Team is comprised of 12 RSE's.
